What Insurance companies do you accept? We are currently accepting: Cigna, BCBS, Health Choice, Mercy Care, AIHP,  and HealthSmart.  

What if my insurance is not in the list of accepted insurance companies:? We accept single client agreement for insurance companies that are not in-network with us. 

What age group and gender are accepted at your residential facility? We are currently serving female genders only at this time, ages 13 to 17 years old. This might change in the future, please continue to check back for updates.

Is this a therapeutic group home? Yes it is, all group and individual therapy are provided in-house

If my child gets admitted today, how long is the program? It varies from one child to another, depending on the mental health necessity,  treatment team,  court ordered treatment, and much more. Please contact us for more information. 

Is your facility an RTC or BHRF? Our facility is a residential facility but classified as BHRF (Behavioral Health Residential Facility, level 3),  which is a step down from RTC (Residential treatment center, level 2). 

If my child is actively suicidal, what should i do? Please call 911 and they will direct you to a crisis line or the nearest mental health hospital

Can my child be admitted straight from hospital discharge? Yes! please contact us for more information. 

I want my child admitted in a group home or BHRF, what should i do first? Most insurance companies require a referral from the primary psychiatrist, therapist, or treatment team. Please contact us for more information or to guide you through the process.
